The terms of the room.

Opuora ("Opuora", "we", "us") operates the website at opuora.com and the related tools that connect artists, collectors, and businesses. These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Opuora.

If you are using Opuora on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for your credentials and for activity that happens under your account. Notify us at legal@opuora.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

Opuora is a curated platform. We may decline, suspend, or remove accounts that do not fit the platform's standards for originality, provenance, or conduct.

Artists retain ownership of their work and the copyright in images they upload. By listing work on Opuora, you grant Opuora a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and promote that work on and in connection with the platform.

You represent that you own or have permission to list every work you upload, and that the work does not infringe any third party's rights.

Paid plans (Studio, Gallery, and other tiers) are billed on a recurring basis in advance. Payments are processed by our payment provider; card details are never stored on Opuora servers.

You may cancel a subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current period runs to its scheduled end. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or where we choose to offer a refund at our discretion.

Sales and commissions arranged through Opuora are agreements between the artist and the collector. Opuora facilitates discovery, communication, and payment but is not a party to the underlying sale unless expressly stated.

Applicable platform fees and payout terms are described in your account and may be updated with notice.

Do not use Opuora to upload work you do not own, to harass other members, to scrape the platform, to attempt to bypass security, or to misrepresent provenance or authorship. We may remove content and terminate accounts that violate these rules.

The Opuora name, wordmark, design system, and platform software are owned by Opuora and protected by copyright and trademark law. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use them except as needed to use the service.

Opuora is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Opuora disclaims all implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access to accounts that breach these Terms or that create risk for the platform or its members. Sections intended to survive termination — including ownership, disclaimers, and limits on liability — will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought in the courts located in that jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be announced in-product or by email. Continued use of Opuora after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
